The Challenge

As the company was experiencing rapid geographical and financial growth, its sales had increased by 150% in 6 months and the VP of Technology was tasked to quickly upgrade its commission payment system from an ocean of Excel spreadsheets to an integrated full-on commission payment system. The Development Zone quickly sourced five additional resources to handle the spreadsheet conversion portion of the project.
